Christina Dumas is a pediatric occupational therapist at The Therapy Nest. She is passionate about working with children from birth through adolescence and helping them succeed in their daily occupations.

Christina is licensed in New York and Connecticut and registered with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
In addition to her degrees, Christina has specialized training and certifications in various pediatric occupational therapy evaluation and treatment methods, including:

- Handwriting without Tears (HWT)
- Behavioral and Emotional Skills Training (BEST)
+ Prior Experience
Before joining The Therapy Nest, Christina was a staff occupational therapist at NYP Weill-Cornell Medical Center, working with children in pediatric acute care and outpatient settings. She was also an occupational therapist at Dynamic Solutions, a private pediatric therapy clinic in Brooklyn, New York.
+ Clinical Experience
Christina’s clinical experiences include: fine motor delays, visual-perceptual difficulties, developmental coordination disorder, traumatic brain injury, sensory integration disorder, global developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, attention deficit hyperactive disorder, brachial plexus injuries, body awareness difficulties, motor planning difficulties, genetic disorders, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, torticollis, plagiocephaly, and infant developmental delays.

Christina lives in Stamford, Connecticut with her husband and cat, Milo. In her free time, she enjoys reading, yoga, boxing, golf, and spending time with her family and friends.
