Laura Fitzpatrick, OTR/L
Laura Fitzpatrick is a pediatric occupational therapist at The Therapy Nest. She is passionate about working with children from birth through adolescence and helping them succeed in their daily occupations.

Laura is licensed in New York and registered with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.

+ Prior Experience
Before joining The Therapy Nest, Laura provided outpatient occupational therapy to children at the Rose F. Kennedy Center at Albert Einstein Hospital in the Bronx as part of her level II fieldwork.

Laura's clinical experiences include: feeding difficulties, handwriting delays, fine motor difficulties, body awareness difficulties, sensory integration disorder, global developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, genetic disorders, cerebral palsy, attention deficit hyperactive disorder, brachial plexus injury, and psychiatric disorders.
+ Beyond Work
Laura lives in Tuckahoe, New York, and she also serves as the Iona University Irish Dance coach. In her free time, she enjoys needlepointing, going to the beach, and spending time with her family and her dog Luna.
